Slogan: "Driving your own recovery"

What is OnTrack?

OnTrack is a new rehabilitation system that encourages you to use your arm as much as possible. It uses smart sensors to count the minutes of movement you complete with your arm during the day – just like a step counter but for your arm. OnTrack helps to keep you motivated throughout your recovery.

Supported management

OnTrack enables users to keep on top of their rehabilitation needs. It provides evidence-based coaching support hinged on principles of self-management. OnTrack has been developed by the Helix Centre in collaboration with over 200 stroke survivors and therapists.
